Boost your Immune system - ways and it's benefits

Immune system organs and functions

                         Immune system plays a major role in killing an entering pathogen in our body. Our Immune system is performing by various parts of immune organs in our body. They are White blood cells , Antibodies , Complement System , Lymphatic System ,Spleen, Bone marrow and Thymus .

Organs of Immune system

Functions of Immune organs :

* White Blood Cells :

                white blood cell plays a major role in immune system it is produced in Bone Marrow and all parts of Lymphatic System .

                white blood cells moves through out our body with the help of  Blood and Tissues searching for pathogens like Bacteria ,Virus etc.... to attack and kill them .

                 white blood cells includes Lymphocytes [ B cells , T cell ].

* Antibodies :

               Antibodies helps our body to fight microbes\ toxic substances produced by entered foreign microbes , antibodies mark it as antigens for destruction . Antibodies destroys the antigen with the help of proteins.

* Complement System :

               complement system is fully made up of protein it helps Antibodies in the destruction of Antigens .

* Lymphatic System :

               lymphatic system is a network of special tubes throughout the body the main functions of lymphatic system are

                            *Absorb some of fats in our diet from the intestine .

                            *React to pathogens[ Bacteria,Virus etc...] .

                            *Deal with Cancer Cells.

                            *To manage Fluid level in the body .

             Lymphatic system is a tube made up of tissues and white blood cells [lymphocytes].

* Spleen :

              The Spleen is a Blood filtering Organ the filters and removes microbes and destroys Old and Damaged Red Blood Cells . spleen produce Antibodies and Lymphocytes the main disease fighting component in immune system.

* Bone Marrow :

             Bone marrow is a Spongy Tissue found inside your Bones . It produce RBC [Red Blood Cells],WBC [White Blood Cells ], Platelets .

              * RBC to carry Oxygen throughout our body.

              * WBC to fight against infections, microbes etc...

              * Platelets to help our Blood clot.

* Thymus :

            The Thymus Filters and Monitors your Blood Content and produce White Blood Cells called as T Lymphocytes.

 Apart from these Organs the body has OTHER WAYS to defense itself against microbes.
