How to Increase Immune Power ?💞🥰
In Todays world this is the biggest question that how to increase immune power\immunity .first of all we want to know what is immunity ? what is the use of immunity in our body.
Immunity is a self defense system of our body to protect against entering foreign pathogens [virus, bacteria, etc....].
There are many types of immunity and immune organs are performing immunization to our body.
Boost Immunity:
In this pandemic corona period around all over the world many people are suffering from affecting corona virus due they lack Immune power in the body . you should follow these following ways
Maintain Proper DIET :
correct time food intake is very must ,you must eat fresh vegetable ,fruits ,nuts etc... not intake of food leads to weaken your body so take regular interval food .
Stay Hydrated:
you must drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water per day otherwise your body gets weak and leads to a gate way of disease to your body . TB easly occurs in these condition.
Regular Exercise and Sleep :
Maintain a regular exercise daily to help your body very much active and built immune system very strong atleast exercise 30 to 45 minutes daily. sleep must be 7 to 8 hours is a good sleeps must follow it .
Avoid Smoking :
smoking is very dangers leads to TB[Tuberculosis],cancer, Tumer, kidney failure etc ... dead also occurs over 7 million people were died due to smoking is very danger and also it reduce our immune power and its functions, avoid smoking, drinking be in limit .
Stop unnecessary travels :
During this pandemic period stop travelling for unnecessary places you ill get a chance to get virus from others so don't travel unnecessary maintain social distancing ,wash offen our hands with sanitizers cover your face with face mask to protect yourself.
Meditation and Relax :
Do meditation atleast for 15 minutes a day it reduce your stress and makes your body relax and comfort and improves your immune system.
